Sales Associate– are responsible for providing quality customer service to the busy travelers within the airport. How? By being there… greeting customers with enthusiasm and energy; responding to inquiries and assisting with checkout of merchandise by effectively operating our POS systems; contributing to overall sales goals by making suggested sales to customers; ensuring that the stores continues to maintain presentation standards by assisting with merchandising. This is a non-exempt hourly union position.
Supervisor– are responsible for ensuring employees remain in compliance with all company policies and procedures and achieving daily sales goals by maintaining the day to day administrative functions of the store to include completion of audits, generate merchandise orders and assisting with the training and supervision of Associates. Sales Supervisors also provide sales coverage for meal and rest breaks for associates. This is a non-exempt hourly position.
Concourse Manager– are responsibilities include but are not limited to, motivating Sales Staff within the Terminal to drive sales, increase profitability and develop high performing teams. This person will also be responsible for carrying out the vision and overall business strategy of the Management Team. This is an exempt salaried position.
Warehouse Associate– are responsible for the shipping and receiving of products from the warehouse to our airport stores. Duties include receiving incoming shipments of merchandise from vendor deliveries, stocking merchandise on appropriate warehouse shelves and preparing items to fill store orders. This is a non-exempt hourly union position.
Warehouse Supervisor– is responsible for the daily warehouse activities, which may include, but are not limited to receiving, storing, shipping, delivery of materials and supplies to airport stores to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations and material transportation. This is a non-exempt hourly position.
iTravel Sales Associates are responsible for providing quality customer service to the busy travelers within the airport. In particular, educating customers on the latest mobile communication and wireless products, accessories, promotions, and special features. How? By being there… greeting customers with enthusiasm and energy; responding to inquiries and assisting with checkout of merchandise by effectively operating our POS systems; contributing to overall sales goals by making suggested sales to customers; ensuring that the stores continues to maintain presentation standards by assisting with merchandising. This is a non-exempt hourly union position.
